Duties and Responsibilities-
Maintains administrative activities and ensure smooth operation at all the time and maintaining the proper decorum and discipline by implementing & modifying the policies and procedures.
Handle entire gamut of administration and lead the efforts across planning & budgeting of administration expenses & work towards minimizing operational expenses/ costs.
Handle special projects by organizing and coordinating information and requirements;
Planning, arranging, and meeting schedules; monitoring results.
Liasioning with different govt. departments
Administer matter pertaining to safety, security, hygiene, and environment.
Handle entire property maintenance i.e Electrical, Mechanical General Facility management.
Vendor Management
Manage marketing projects and events from planning, budgeting and execution
Managing Itinerary and calendar for Senior Management

Personal Specification-

Qualification & Experience-
8-10 years of rich experience in Office Administration, Secretarial Assistance, Vendor Management, and Event Management.
Excellent communication skills.
Event planning
Results oriented / Get things done
Self directed and strong interpersonal skills
Excellent planner and coordinator
Project planning
Proficiency in MS Office Suite and other applications/systems
