Marketing Operations Coordinator

Job Description

Cvent is looking for a smart Coordinator in its Marketing Operations division. This is an excellent opportunity for anyone who has exposure to supporting marketing department, ensuring smooth and efficient operations.


Work with the largest event management software company in the world to help capture, re-engage, and develop qualified prospects for Cvent’s multiple sales divisions. This is a fast-paced, timeline-driven, and demanding role that requires a self-starter with excellent motivation and attention to detail.


This position will work with marketing team for managing team deadlines and deliverables, improving and streamlining communication between across marketing division.


This person will be working closely with marketing operations to turn requirements into tailored, high impact marketing campaigns to increase engagement & conversion.

Position Duties: (Own)


  • Provide administrative support to the Marketing Operations team (like assisting in marketing campaign execution)
  • Creating and building marketing email campaigns and increase prospect and client engagement (worked on any CRM tool/ email marketing tool)
  • Creating Events, HTML emails, and landing pages through Cvent Tool
  • Subscription management – managing Opt-outs
  • Database support – list upload for campaigns
  • Marketing Account management – ensuring all marketing accounts are up to date.
  • Managing Campaign IDs request from cloud marketers - for tracking purpose in SF.

General Responsibilities: (Support)

  • Assist in email campaigns as needed
  • Building webinar setup in ON24 application
  • Website management – Cloning Landing page for resource & On-demand pages
  • Build leadership skills in negotiating and problem-solving at all levels
  • Provide recommendations for tools and resources that allow for greater efficiency/effectiveness and streamlined workflow

Candidate Requirements

  • Good analytical and logical ability. Should be familiar with reporting and should be able to provide metrics/analysis around all campaigns
  • Attention to detail, deadlines, and the ability to prioritize and execute multiple tasks, simultaneously
  • Interactive marketing experience (internship or full-time position)
  • Strong verbal and written communications skills
  • Ability to work independently and cooperatively in a team environment
  • Ability to effectively network and leverage internal (GDC) and external groups (Cloud Marketing)
  • Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft programs, particularly in Word, Excel and Power Point


SKILLS + QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Education in Marketing or related field
  • 1 Year Experience in Marketing, Retail Administrative Support, or Operations
  • Proficient in: Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
