As part of Oracle Identity Management Cloud DevOps Support team , your role is to serve Oracle Cloud Customers to ensure their service availability and enable good response time for their requests. It includes resolving product or service problems by clarifying the customer's complaint, Automation of Manual Procedures, determining the cause of the problem, selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem, expediting correction or adjustment, following up with Product / Service development teams to ensure resolution and also proactively monitoring for possible issues. You will also Build, Maintain, Administer, Monitor and Report the state of large-scale Oracle Cloud Infrastructure and be responsible for its high availability and best possible performance. Working as part of a IDM Cloud DevOps team, you will be part of the global team follow-the-sun 24/7/365.
BE/BTech/BS Computer Science or equivalent qualification from a reputed Institute.
5+ years of experience working in deploying and maintaining the Enterprise applications on complex, high-volume production virtualized environments and Operations experience in supporting them 24x7 and Good Automation skills(Shell, Pyrhon, Java etc) and DevOps tools(Jenkins/Ansible etc) .
Must have experience with debugging Java Applications, Enterprise Application integration and troubleshooting Weblogic Application Servers, Scripting (SHELL/Python/wlst/perl/JAVA)
Good hands-on experience in automating Infrastructure and Service provisioning.
Good Knowledge of DevOps tools (Jenkins/Ansible etc)
Working experience on cloud environment
Working experiance on any of the IDM relate products OIDM/OAM/OID/OHS is prefered
Must have good verbal and written communication skills and the ability to meet deadlines by keeping a cool head under pressure.
Good understanding of SSO workflows/integrations
Must have proficiency in addressing Infrastructure (Network, Storage, Servers, Virtualization, OS) and application issues with intermediate knowledge in Systems/Application Administration.
Some Programming / scripting experience (Java, Python/ Unix Scripting) and be comfortable with using SQL.
Possess the ability to work productively, efficiently & effectively with initiative and drive under tight timescales and pressure whilst maintaining attention to detail and quality
Willingness to learn new technologies and open to work in rotating weekend and evening shifts on demand
Preferred Additional Skills:
- Working knowledge of DB / plsql.
- Complex troubleshooting skills including Thread dump/ heap dump analysis, performance benchmarking.
- Experience in infrastructure architecture in Large scale, high-volume distributed deployments.

Work with Oracle's world class technology to develop, implement, and support Oracle's global infrastructure.
As a member of the IT organization, assist with the analyze of existing complex programs and formulate logic for new complex internal systems. Prepare flowcharting, perform coding, and test/debug programs. Develop conversion and system implementation plans. Recommend changes to development, maintenance, and system standards.
Job duties are varied and complex utilizing independent judgment. May have project lead role. BS or equivalent experience in programming on enterprise or department servers or systems.
