Graduation (Any) or Post Graduate (Any)
Experience 3-10 years
Skills Excellent Verbal and written Communication Skills
Hands on experience in corporate training.
Knowledge on TNI analysis, Training Module preparation, People Management, Training Reports etc.,
Manager - Training Understand the organizational goals and plans and execute training programs to meet client commitments
Trainer Pool Evaluation and training programs. Evaluate the prospective trainers.
Ensure superior performance by meeting, if not exceeding set targets while maintaining the desired quality parameters of training cycle Addie and other trainers.
Support the Business Development team at various levels of the sales cycle to help in sales closure.
End to end execution of training interventions with clients, following the ADDIE principle.
Ensure effective training of Bodhih employees for performance and organisational development. Work within the boundaries of the organizations with respect to fitting into the Bodhih culture and style of working.
Undertake training assignments as and when required.
Oversee and actively contribute to all aspects of content development. Support the tech team with ad-hoc content requirements. Actively create and monitor the content for social media. Involved in marketing activities by creating videos. Create session plans and manuals.
Give a download of the training program to the trainers.
Reviewing the manuals and session plans created by external trainers.
Involve in conceptualising and reviewing the cover page.
Interface between the prospective client and the trainer until the completion of the training assignment.
