Business unit: Lease Administration
Reporting to: Work Stream Manager
Key stakeholders: Internal business unit representatives
Direct reports: Nil
Duties & responsibilities: To abstract critical and key information from leases and other contract
To transfer or abstract information into various lease and portfolio database
To cross-check and verify abstracts and system data;
To verify and review system reports and system data for accuracy.
Performance objectives Abstracting critical and key information from leases and other contract
Transferring abstracted information into various lease and portfolio database
Verifying and cross-checking abstracts, system content and other data to
ensure completeness and accuracy;
Liaising with internal and external contacts when required;
Auditing and reviewing system reports for accuracy;
Ensuring that the agreed procedures and process flows are strictly adhered to.
Assisting with report preparation;
Sourcing documents and portfolio information;
Recording received documentation and information;
Identifying queries, data gaps and missing information to resolve them in time with accuracy;
Monitoring project progress and providing regular reports
Key skills Strong attention to detail;
Excellent written and verbal communication skills;
Strong organizational and interpersonal skills;
Sound computer skills in Microsoft Word and Excel;
Positive approach to meeting client needs;
- Maintain and manage accurate data;
- Prioritise work within tight operational and financial deadlines.
Minimum 3 years of relevant/corporate work experience
