**Job purpose: **
An academic relationship manager should be able to build academic and business relationship with assigned schools and assist and develop working relationship with the teachers and the key stakeholders/decision makers in the school system, ensuring successful implementation of the MyPedia program (Integrated Learning Ecosystem).
**PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITY: **
+ Be face of MyPedia and own academic excellence and business relationship with the customer schools
+ Efficiently handle customer/school support, queries and escalations
+ Train teachers/parents through workshops and training sessions for the effective implementation of MyPedia Program
+ Providing ongoing academic support to user teachers, parents and school
+ Providing user support through school visits, telephonic/email communication, problem resolution and manage escalation
+ Constant coordination with Product Development, Assessment Delivery and Technology teams for updating the program material and share customer feedback on content for continuous improvement
+ Pre-sales academic support to Sales team members as and when required
+ Ensure compliance with systems/practices in place
+ Ensure proper documentation and periodic reporting – School Visit Report, Observation Checklist, SFDC update and Dashboards for review
+ Responsible for delivering the Revenue targets for MyPedia through Renewal & Upsale
+ To meet collection targets for all previous renewals
+ **Core travelling profile** (travelling to the assigned schools and corporate office)
+ Management of Key Accounts.
**REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERIENCE: **
+ Teacher Training, Teacher Educator, Academic Mentor, Curriculum Implementer
+ Academic exposure or Education Industry experience
+ School Teaching
+ Team player with process orientation and service mindset. Flexible for local/outstation travel.
+ Stakeholder management and Cross functional collaboration
**Core Technical/Functional Competencies: **
Essential: Teacher Training, Teaching acumen, Teacher Educator, Academic Trainer,
Desired: Curriculum Implementation, Education domain knowledge
**Education, Qualifications & Training**
Essential: Graduate in Education
Desired: Post Graduate in Education
Academic exposure or Education Industry experience.
