ONLY CANDIDATES WITH REGISTERED PHARMACY LICENCE AND EXPERIENCE IN PHARMA INDUSTRY NEED TO APPLY.
Work Location : Prabhadevi (Dadar)
Edu Qual : Graduation in B Pharma, M.Pharma – Pharmacy ,knowledge about GDP, SOP, QC QA, Audit
Pref Loc : Worli / Dadar / Prabhadevi
Office Timings : 9.30am to 6pm (Monday to Friday)9.30am to 3pm (Saturdays)
Key skills : Quality control, Quality Assurance, QA, QC, Audit Documentation, Internal Audit, GDP, SOP, ISO 9001 , good command over English
Experience Required : 1 - 3 yrs
A] Policies and Procedures : Drafting of Policies and procedures
B] SOPs : Developing , periodic review, revision and implementation of SOPs
C] Compliance : Ensuring that all the activities conducted are in compliance with the Quality and regulatory requirements.
D] Risk Management Activities : Monitoring Risk Management activities.
E] Quality Assurance Standards : Interpreting and implementing Quality Assurance Standards.
F] Product Quality : Handling of product quality issues :
a) Temperature excursion
b) unit measurement
c) counterfeit products
d) damaged products
G] Coordination with Internal Stakeholders : Co-ordinating with all departments (Purchase , sales, logistics, warehouse, accounts / finance).
H] Audits : Preparing varous audit related Docs and handling Audits.
I] Training Sessions : Identifying Training needs and arranging for training sessions accordingly to meet and ensure quality standards
J] Documentation : Preparing of:
b) Certificate of Compliance (COC)
c) Certificate of Analysis (COA)
d) Statement of Authenticity (SOA)
e) Temperature Excursion Letters (TE)
f) Summary of Product Characterisation (SPC)
g) Web Templates
i) Forms like : Medicinal Goods receipt (PIC), Dispatch Checklist, Client Verification Form, Vendor Qualification Form, Technical agreements)
j) QMS related Documents
