Sales Cum Marketing Ordinator International Jobs Vacancy in Gnh India Mumbai Jobs Details:

This is an urgent requirement of a leading Pharma company.

Nature of Job : Entirely office based job. ( NO field related work)

Designation : Sales cum marketing Co-ordinator - International Pharma sales

Experience preferred : 1-3 years

Job involves interaction with customers through technical & commercial correspondence, telephone calls, e mails etc & answer questions from clients. He/She will communicate directly with clients & encourage trusting relationships. A zealous, persistent & flexible person with primary & administrative duties with basic compute literacy, ms office, database skills couple with good command over spoken & written English will be also the requirements.

Work Location : Prabhadevi (Dadar west)

Office Timings : 9.30 am to 6 pm (Monday to Friday)9.30 am to 3 pm (Saturdays)

Qualifications : Any Graduate , Diploma in International / Foreign Trade

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

A] Client Focus :

1) Working out on quotes suitable to the clients

2) Addressing the clients' requirements and queries

B] Documentation and Process Execution :

1) Raising of Purchase Order.

2) Raising of Proforma Invoice and follow up for payments.

C] Shipment :

1) Co-ordination with Logistics Department for timely dispatch of orders

2) Keeping the client informed on their order status

D] Payment Tracking (collection / overdues) :

Updating , maintaining and keeping a track of the payment status of the invoices on a daily basis as well as Bank advice monitoring.
