A seasoned HR professional who has been flexing his muscles not only in the gym but also on getting his customers find value in their investment on HCM applications. Have you ever played a meaningful role as a HR business partner to sweat out the disgruntlement of employees and keep them motivated?
We are looking for those experienced candidates preferably 10 years or more and who have earned badges for customer satisfaction in their HCM implementations and more so if the customers have enjoyed Oracle EBS application or better still if you have implemented our HCM Cloud solution.
Are you dynamic and aggressive, a social geek who loves to collaborate, coordinate and meet the objective of customer satisfaction? Are you the kind who loves to comb through details before moving to the next level of customer satisfaction? Are you one of those who gets accused of being curious and therefore grabbing any learning you can on the subject to master the same?
Social and collaboration are the buzz words of today and collaborating internally with multiple stakeholders is a very critical function of this role. Are you ready to do this?
Have you ever told stories to your children or nieces or nephews? Have you experienced the charm of story telling and the joy it brings to the recipients. Those are the skills that can help you take the customers on the cloud journey into the future.
Technical orientation, understanding cloud technology before it begins to rain rewards is an important prerequisite to migrate the customers to cloud. Adaptability to change, lap up the new features/functionalities of every new release of the cloud product, articulating the benefits to the customers, architecting the solution, understanding sales process, managing customer expectations are some of the skills that we need in the candidate.
Walking beside your sales counterpart, tracking opportunities to closure, and flying high on the cloud are a few of the requirements of this position.

Detailed Description and Job Requirements
Provides direction and specialist knowledge in applying the technology/application to client business. Facilitation of customer product/application understanding through presentations demonstrations and benchmarks; provision of support throughout the sell.

As a Senior Sales Consultant you will be responsible for providing presales technical / functional support to prospective clients and customers while ensuring customer satisfaction with minimal supervision. Acts as a technical resource for less experienced Sales Consultants. Develop and deliver high quality standard Oracle presentations and demonstrations. Present and articulate advanced product features and benefits, product future direction and overall Oracle solutions. Design, validate, and present Oracle software solutions to include advanced product concepts, future direction, and 3rd party complimentary products. Develop and manage reference sites through high quality technical, professional client relationships.

Job duties are varied and complex, needing independent judgment. May have project lead role. 5 years vendor (sales and marketing) experience. 5 years relevant computer applications or database/tools. Demonstrated proficiency in one multi-user operating system. Through knowledge of system and application design. Strong verbal and written communication skills: needs analysis, positioning, business justification, closing techniques. Demonstrated ability to solve complex technical problems with accounts in complex technical environments. Ability to travel as needed. BS degree or equivalent; advanced degree desirable.
