Immediate appointment.

We are looking to hire an Female Accountant. The job description is as follows : -

Job Description

  • Handle account payables and receivables.
  • Responsible for preparation of cash , bank journal, purchase, contra and sales, bank reconciliations
  • Thorough with statutory compliance like timely payments of deducted and collected taxes viz Service tax, Provident Fund, Income Tax and Labour Departments.
  • Returns for e-TDS, Service tax, provident Fund, Profession tax to be filed , Preparation of payroll.
  • Export procedures and documentations and coordinate with departments for exemptions of duty, vat, service tax etc
  • Knowledge of accounting cost centre wise/profit centre wise
  • Coordination with Vat Authorities for timely filing of returns/forms etc.
  • Knowledge of Construction contract accounts/measurement checking/ bill verification/summary preparations etc
  • Coordinate with auditors for preparation of Financial statements/filing returns on time.

Skills and Qualification:

  • Minimum B.Com with 1 year experience.
  • Excellent knowledge and understanding of the accounting principles, practices, standards and laws & regulations
  • Proficient in MS Office and accounting software & databases.
  • Should have good communication in English and Kannada.

Required education:

  • B.com / M.com.

Candidates who are from Hebbal/R T Nagar will be preferred.
