JOB PROFILE

Sales Coordinator – Hyderabad

1. Preparation of Checklist and taking approval from clients. 2. Filing of Bill of Entries & Shipping Bills through ICEGATE timely. 3. Registration, Physical Inspection of Cargo and obtaining Let Export Order/Out Of Charge 4. Arranging Survey at Customs whenever required. 5. Liaison with Transporters, loading of vehicles and delivery 6. Observing Bond Warehousing documents, Ex-bond formalities etc., 7. Documentation with shipping lines related to the filing of IGM/EGM, Cart-In order & DO Export & Import. 8. Preparation of documents & Claims related to Drawback Realization 9. Maintain excellent relation with Customs & ensure regular follow up with them for smooth processing of the documents,

obtaining LEO & settlement of Drawback Claims on time. 10. Reporting to Customers 11. Any other responsibilities assigned time to time.

17. Candidates who are awarded Gradations under the CGPA system, if asked, may be required to produce proof issued by the

University / Institute converting the CGPA Gradations into appropriate percentage during the selection process as per the

advice of the Company.
