Spec Beneficiary Services Claims Processing Jobs Vacancy in Great West Bengaluru Jobs Details:
Review and distribute/segregate the transaction based on the claim from beneficiary by working with the appropriate teams to reach resolution
Review of Legal documents to determine if all required documents are in good order for processing ( Death Certificate, Estate/Charity documents, Disclaimer Letter, Guardianship letter)
Drafting correspondences to concerned parties for missing or incorrect documents
Determination of Beneficiary by analyzing our records & calculation of award
Establish the Beneficiary account, process fund transfer and perform the post audit
Process disbursement on the funds/source associated with the money type – required knowledge of different money types, vesting, source of money
Determine the taxes to be applied based on the type of distribution, US federal & state rule.
Experience & Skillset: -
401K DC experience with Money out or Money in Functions with 2 yrs of experience preferred
Basic Excel Knowledge
English Language proficiency- both Written & verbal communication skills
Correspondence writing experience is preferred
Organizational skills with ability to identify and prioritize based on Turn Around Time
Achieving the process defined SLA’s
Strict adherence to non disclosure of client information by preserving client confidentiality
Identify process efficiencies and contribute to improve
Ensure Quality Control standards that have been set are adhered to
Completing assigned responsibilities and projects within timelines apart from managing daily BAU.
Graduation is a must
