Responsibilities
EXECUTIVE/CLIENT RELATIONSHIP MANAGEMENT: Deliver sales presentations formally and informally to senior level client members. Establish and maintain client relationships, conduct negotiations, manage contract creation. Identify new areas of business development, develop approach and go to market to acquire new business within existing client accounts, manage client satisfaction, and maintain client relationships in a positive manner

LEADERSHIP/DELIVERY OVERSIGHT: Provide leadership to account teams. Direct, coordinate and manage the pursuit of new business at existing clients by collaborating with the account/delivery teams and by leveraging Virtusa sales process and best practices. Serve as liaison between client and Delivery team. Ensure Delivery Success by working closely with the Accounts onshore and offshore

COMPETENCY DEVELOPMENT: Leverage domain expertise and Contribute to development and maturity of Telco and client management competency within the Business Unit
Qualifications

10+ years demonstrated success in Account Management, Business Development and/or Client management of enterprise account

Domain experience in the FS industry

Demonstrated competency leading and expanding strategic accounts in FS with strong domain knowledge; knowledge of key trends in the industry from a market, technology and regulatory standpoint

Prior ownership for Account-based P&L: demonstrated competency in forecasting, managing and reporting on key business and financial metrics (revenue, margin and profitability, delivery team ratios and pyramids, client delight and internal delight)

Skilled in strategic Account Planning and execution: demonstrated success developing and growing strategic accounts ranging from $USD 5Million + in annual revenue

Prior accountability for multiple accounts: demonstrated success developing and growing 7 to 10 strategic accounts concurrently

Expertise working with and building trusted advisor relationships with C-level Enterprise Market executives

Prior accountability for the successful on-time, within budget execution of complex, custom, IT or professional consulting services

Bachelors degree in Business, Sales and Marketing, or related field
