The Human Resources Executive
will support the full HR functions including payroll, compensation &
benefits, recruitment, performance management and policies.
§ Managing the day to day operations of the HR department
§ Assist in the recruitment process (from
screening to preparation of offer).
§ Assist with the on boarding (includes
orientation) and off boarding of employees
§ Leave Administration
§ Administer payroll & income tax
§ Coordinate periodic review and update HR
policies in accordance with the Local Employment Act and changes within the
§ Compensation & Benefits –
recommendation, implementation and administration
§ Processes and handle documentation such as
routine reports, insurance policies & claims etc.
§ Work pass applications, renewals and
§ Maintain employee files and records in
electronic and paper form
§ Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource
Management, or any related discipline.
§ Prior experience in a Human Resource function
would be an advantage.
§ Minimum 1 year of relevant working experience.
§ Good knowledge of prevailing HR practices and
§ Ability to work independently in a fast pace
§ Meticulous with an eye for details
§ Strong communications skills
