Assigned delinquent accounts for follow-up, payment collections and feedback /trail updation as per defined.
Under Graduate /Graduate
Major in Age, Primary knowledge of Computer, Phyically Fit, Driving T/w with valid Licence, Bearing KYC, NOC from other institution ( if coming from another FI) , having Smart phone and know to take pictures and uploading in computer, good knowledge of local demographies
Knowledge of reigional Lunguage , written and verbal knowledge of Hindi and English, comfortable collection capabilities.
Knowledge of local area/Target market .
Good family backgroud subject to HR clearnace.
soft spoken, smart and action oriented, willing to grow…aspirational canidates.
Basic hygine and healthy personality..proven track record of past employment if experiences. Positive refrence check and clear cibil report.
Field visits of allocated cases,follow-up, payment collections, target acheivement.
Value collections as per taget.
Ensuring Roll back as well as Normalizations
Depositing Cash as per company Norms.
Issuing Receipts against any form of collection. (Cash/DD/Chq or any other instrument)
Feedback and trail upload of follow-up cases e.g. Deceased customer, SKIP, Fraud etc.
Non Financial Responsibilities
Deal with customer with intact integrity & honesty, should not be involve in any kind of direct /indirect interest in th transaction. Should understand customer and adopt problem solving approach.
Clearing all the queries of the customer and make sure to clear him all the Charges due, and future legal implication.
Maintaining good and decent behaviour while dealing the customer , visiting his property , shop , godown & Gurantors place.
Tracing not contactable customers through refereces, neighbours etc sincerity and matuarity - so the goodwill of the client should not be hampered or no defame should be there . Be sure not to disclose any financial or personal information to third party
Should adhare code and conduct of the company. Timely reporting to supervisors and seniors time to time.
Compliance & Risk Responsiblities
Taking the responsibility of company information - No Third party info disclosure , Verble , written , soft , mail any way -whatsoever
Safeguard of company assets provided for serving job responsibilities , like I Card , SIM, Marketing material , Computer Systems, Company proviced Mobile and printer
Updating supervisors and system with latest information of customer gathered during visit. (Feedback, Contact Number & address, third party ownership)
