Responsibilities and Duties

Communicate to our users over phone and email confidently and with clarity
On-board new users and maintain relationship with all ‌
Work with the communications team and execute marketing activities ‌
Co-ordinate with operations team and follow up for on-time delivery ‌
Manage customer feedback and grievances
Conduct product showcase in events, exhibitions as and when required
Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications

Ability to communicate proficiently in English and any South Indian language
Ability to create business communication materials‌
Exposure to social media marketing
Prior experience in sales and an attitude to sell products without any compromise in business ethics
Willingness to travel when required (10% or lesser time)
Hiring Process : Written-test, Face to Face Interview, Telephonic Interview
