Job Summary : - Inbound Customer Service.
Interface with Customers via Inbound or Outbound calls.
The Internet for the purpose of resolving routine problems with products or services like Internet, DTH, Desktop, laptop and Printers.
Interface with Customers via live Chat or Emails for the purpose of actively resolve customer problem or selling products and services.
*Responsibilities and Duties : -

- Communicate effectively and professionally with internal and external customers to resolve questions and issues.
- Continuously evaluate and identify opportunities to drive process improvements that positively impact the customers experience.
