Ecm Projects Admin Manager Jobs Vacancy in Somnetics Kolkata Jobs Details:

Project Accounting :

1. Billing data collection from projects and preparation of accurate invoice as per schedule.
2. Preparation of various reports.
3. Deposit and filing of acknowledged invoice.
4. Credit control and payment collection.
5. Liaison with accounts department.
6. Calculation, authentication and payment of weekly incentives to field staffs.

HR :

1. Organizing interviews.
2. Liaison with agencies and institutes for recruitment.
3. Conducting Skill test.
4. Filing and up-keeping of all HR files of employees.
5. Scheduling routine internal skill tests and assessments.
6. Liaison with various Govt agencies related to employee related social benefit schemes.

Administrative :

1. Ticketing and accommodation booking for tours.
2. ECM Asset Management.
3. Asset requisition, approval seeking and purchase.
4. Helping the asset audit team.
5. Asset transporting/ logistics.
6. Temporary accommodation management for short/ medium duration outstation projects.

Eligibility Criteria : 1. B.Com with some operation management qualification/ MBA in finance/Operations.
2. 5-7 years in managing similar activities.

Key Skills : 1. MS Word, MS Excel (High level) and medium level knowledge in computers.
2. Must have excellent skills in interacting with uneven teams.
3. Must be good in spoken and written English, must possess good arithmetic and analytic skills.
