SUMMARY OF THE OVERALL JOB
Responsible for product availability at distributor and CFA locations. To ensure that there is no stock out and inventories are maintained as per inventory norms. Efficiently managing CFA and CHW (Central Warehousing) operations including control on receivables and monitoring compliances.
KEY FUNCTIONS / RESPONSIBILITIES
Forecasting & Finished products availability
CFA wise sales planning & timely dispatches of stocks to CFAs / Super distributors
Meet the product demand by ensuring inventory norms
To coordinate and organize the distribution of Finished Goods (FG)
To manage logistics, warehouse, transportations, stock control and monitor the flow of products at CFAs / Super distributors
To execute the sales plan received from Sales Head and arrange timely delivery of goods from warehouse to CFA/Distributor
To ensure safe delivery of goods to CFA/Distributor
Track and trace goods while they are on route to their destinations, expediting orders
Effective handling of CFA stock distribution management, improvising of service levels to customers (internal and external)
To manage timely invoicing, debit note, credit notes towards expiry, sale return, etc.
Constant monitoring of expiry and breakages and follow up with Sale team for liquidation.
Following for timely collection and not deviating from agreed norms.
Managing records and Follow up of C & F-Form.
Ensuring timely availability of new product and support launch by obtaining necessary NOCs
To analyze and provide the Primary and Secondary sales data and analysis to the Sales Managers and MIS
Any other activity assigned from time to time
Handling reconciliation of stock by periodic physical verification of stock as against book inventory at various locations.
Budgeting & cost control
To manage cost as per agreed & approved budget.
Generating different MIS Reports, analyse and present to management; Complete monthly closings on time in order to report product planning and distribution status factually, accurately and on time.
Accounting and Disposal of expired/ breakage goods as per guidelines.
Redresses of field personnel's issues related to dispatch, orders and SRCN/Claim process
