Team – Global Markets Infrastructure – Agent Performance Management (APM) – Central Support Team (CST)

Global Market Infrastructures (“GMI”) Team is responsible for the selection and management of the network of agent banks used by the firm. In this role, the group covers the purchasing and maintenance of securities services (custody and clearing) and cash services (payments and other foreign currency services) for LOBs firm-wide.
The group also maintains third party oversight of financial market infrastructures relationships in which J.P. Morgan is a direct participant, such as central counterparties, central securities depositories and payment systems. The team works closely with these entities and regulatory authorities in each country to identify market practices, tax rules & strategies, and rules associated with foreign investment.
The Agent Performance Management (GMI) function within GMI is responsible for Agent service review process management, performance monitoring against agreed service levels, escalation & management of material operational issues within Agent organization as well as agent rating of performance.
The Central Support Team looks at agent performance rating and is responsible for timely and accurate delivery of all documentation in preparation of Service Reviews conducted on annual, biannual and triannual basis on custodians and cash correspondent banks that provide service to operational groups within JPMC.
This role requires:
Building good working relationships with firm-wide lines of business to ensure quality feedback is gathered and presented within a final scorecard which is then used to deliver Agent Service Review by the APM team.
Ensuring that agents have reviewed and signed the most up to date Service Level Agreement.
Working extensively with Confirmit and Reportal and be able to fix technical issues, understand linkages to scoring, edit surveys and report structures as per requirements and as business evolves.
Understanding of overall functions within GMI and importance of the scorecard towards Service Review. Below are the high level requirements:
