PCA4: Live Client Operations
This PC LAN Analyst will join a virtual team of mid to senior level desktop support analysts responsible for supporting the LIVE Client virtual LAN technology products. The team member will partner with our Technology Connection help desk as well as our EUC onsite Field Support teams across the globe with the resolution of escalated 3rd level support of hardware, software, operating systems and network problems.
The team member will also be 1st level support for internal EUC systems such as Cosmic, HPDM, LiquidWare, Aternity & WRMT and will participate with the testing and deployment of new & emerging EUC tools or service offerings. The team member will resolve basic to moderately complex issues including but not limited to; the desktop OS, locally installed software, thick and/or web applications, and extensive virtualized product support. This analyst will assist in various PC/LAN related projects that will range from enterprise escalation support to testing and implementation of new services; some current projects in flight this team member would specifically be working on is the Windows Server OS migration project as well as the Windows OS incremental update process. The analyst will also aid EUC engineering with testing of new PC/LAN architecture, design and support strategies and may participate with other PC analysts in the LIVE client Operations efforts.
The analyst will partner with teams in the US, India & other international countries, coordinate team hand offs between working shifts, aid with ticket queue assignment & monitoring and represent the team via an On Call for enterprise level EACO support calls.

Working experience within desktop or helpdesk support (preferably Wells Fargo WFDC)
